The pencil comes before the screen in every ASUW project. Here is what it catches.
Every project at ASUW starts on paper, at a scale small enough that a whole house fits under one hand. A pencil does not allow false precision, so the first drawings are about proportion, not dimensions.
We move to the computer only once the idea survives being drawn quickly, twenty times, by different people in the studio. If it still holds, it is worth measuring.
